Eddie Marshall took the lead on lap 2 on Championship Night at Lebanon Valley.  From there, he built a comfortable lead and held on for his only victory of the 2025 season.

“The car worked real well [tonight],” Marshall said afterwards.  “I wasn’t quite sure what we had tonight since the track was [more slippery] than Thursday night.  We made a few adjustments not sure where they were going to land and liked [them].”

Marshall won by 3.184 seconds over Kyle Sheldon.  Matt Pupello was third, then Kolby Schroder and Chris Curtis.  Andy Bachetti finished sixth and wrapped up his sixth straight Modified championship.

Ryan Charland started from the pole, but almost immediately lost the lead to Sheldon.  Marshall started fourth and was able to follow Sheldon past Charland to move up to second.  Shortly afterwards, Marshall was able to make the move on Sheldon to take the lead.

Bachetti entered the night with a 30-point lead over Schroder.  All he had to do was stay out of trouble and the title would be his.  He moved up from 13th on the grid and slowly entered the top 10.

Schroder, fresh off his Mr. DIRT Track U.S.A. victory Thursday night, was strong again.  He was able to drive up into the top-five late in the race.

Marshall drove out to a three-second lead before catching lapped traffic.  That lead fluctuated, then expanded again.  Ultimately, he was able to hold on in a caution-free race.

In 358 Modifieds, Curtis had a 17-point lead entering the night and picked up two more in his heat.  He also needed to keep out of trouble.

This race was a duel early on between pole sitter Brian Berger and Brady Cordova.  The two drivers traded the lead no less than four times in the first six laps.  Eventually, Berger was able to take control.

Further back, Bachetti was moving up from the 10th starting spot, entering the top-five prior to lap 10.  With 10 laps to go, he was fourth, but out of real contention for the win.

With six laps to go, Jeff Watson collided with the lapped car of Sean Mandell to bring out the race’s sole caution, which bunched the field up.   That was just what Bachetti needed as he was able to sweep around both Cordova and Berger to take the lead on the restart.

From there, Bachetti pulled away to take his third win of the year by 2.824 seconds over Cordova.  Joey Coppola was third, then Berger and Curtis.  Curtis claimed the title by 15 points.

The Sportsman class saw Anthony Maxon start from pole and lead early over Cordova.  Further back, Owen Lewis had an issue that resulted in him sliding into the wall in turn 4.  That caused the only yellow of the race.

Maxon was able to open up a decent advantage after the restart while taking advantage of the low line.  More or less the only driver using the high line was Tim Hartman Jr.

Hartman used that line to drive all the way up to the front, catching Maxon with a couple of laps to go.  The multi-time champion attempted to get to Maxon’s inside, but the Vermont racer was able to hold him off to take the win by .094 seconds.  Dylan Grogan was third, then Cordova and Nick Giardini.

Limited Sportsman had three drivers in the mix for the championship.  Brian Walsh started from the pole and led early.  However, he was caught and passed by Daniel Odell, whose car woke up late in his heat race, on lap 3 for the lead.

While Odell continued to lead, the championship picture was turned upside down.  Walsh was eliminated from the race in a crash on lap 10 with Harold Robitaille and Garrett Biagiarelli in turn 3.  A couple of laps later, Brandon Lemaire spun out of fifth.

While Odell held on to take his first victory by .230 seconds, Dylan Holmes got himself up to second, enough to win the Limited Sportsman title.  Braxton Martin was third, while Dalton Gamache and Mike Block rounded out the top-five.

Pro Stock saw Shawn Perez start on pole in his No. 09.  He was able to hold onto the lead early until Rick Duzlak spun in turn 2 to bring out the race’s only yellow on lap 4.

That allowed Zach Sorrentino, who was in a veritable dead heat with Chris Stalker in the points, to come to the fore.  On the restart, Sorrentino was able to dispatch of Shawn Perez Jr., then passed his father on lap 6 to take the lead.

In the second half of the race, Sorrentino had to contend with Frank Twing, who had been extremely strong in recent weeks.  However, he was able to hold on to win not only the feature, but defend his Pro Stock title as well.

Sorrentino won by .644 seconds over Twing.  Stalker was third, then Tom Dean and Shawn Perez Jr.

In Street Stock, Gary O’Brien picked up his first win of the year.  Anthony King finished second and won the championship.
