Track rentals are for any person with a race car or streetcar who would like to Test & Tune during a private session. We welcome car clubs, groups as well as individuals.

In an effort to give each car present between 8 and 12 runs, we will limit the amount of cars per rental to between 70 to 100 cars. Once we reach this limit, we will close that session.

Car Clubs, groups and individuals will be required to make a 20% non-refundable deposit per car in order to hold your spot for that rental. The remaining will be paid the day of your scheduled rental at the Dragway Tower Office.

Our rentals run from 10:00am to 3:00pm. The gates open at 8:00am, with the office opening at 9:00am. Tech is open from 9:00am to 11:00 am.

Please be advised that if you bring one (1) car and plan to have more than one (1) driver, the pricing for this will be $70 for the first driver and $40 for the second driver (each with a non-refundable deposit). One driver with multiple cars will pay $70 per car (each with a non-refundable deposit).

If a scheduled track rental does not fill 40 spots, we will reserve the right to move the group to the next available track rental scheduled, or open the remaining 30 spots it to the public.

Also, we reserve the right to hold ten (10) spots for our regular week point racers. This applies to all track rental days that are reserved. Payments for these will be done directly through our office.

In case of rain, we will reschedule your group on a first come first serve basis. There will be no cash refunds.

We do request that you use the following sheet as a sign-up sheet for your rental. Please print the sign-up form off. Using this form will help to minimize the time required for race day participant registration. We appreciate your cooperation with this.

Track Rental Sign-Up Form

1.) What is the rainout policy? You date is rescheduled with no extra charge.

2.) How much of a deposit is required to secure the date? We require a 20% down payment at the time of booking.

3.) Is the rental for both lanes? Yes, you get both lanes.

4.) How much of the track is prepped? The whole track is prepped.

5.) Can the whole track be prepped? Yes, the whole track is prepped.

6.) What if there is a fluid spill on the track? Clean up is included in the rental fees.

7.) Is there an extra cost for regluing the track later on during the day if it is necessary? No, there is no extra cost for regluing.

8.) What are the rates?
50 or more cars = $70 per car
Less than 50 cars = $140 per car
In the event of less than 50 cars we like to post the rental on our website and open it to the public. We also reserve the right to have 10 spots reserved for our weekly racers, which will be paid directly to our office.

9.) Can we buy a block of slots to guarantee the $70 price? Yes, we would accept $5,000 with a non-refundable $1,000 deposit at the time of booking.

10.) Can the 70 car maximum be exceeded? Yes, but no more than 100 cars.

11.) Are there any exhaust restrictions? There are no exhaust restrictions. You can run open exhaust.

12.) Will race fuel be available? Yes

13.) Will the food stand be open? If we have 50 or more cars the concessions will be open.
